Incident Assigned Update Status to Active
Dear All,
Is there a way to automatically change the status of an incident once an incident is assigned to a technician.
I want it to update to says its active or assigned.

You can add a new child item to the status list for the Incident - Active->Assigned - then make a workflow to apply a template changing the status to this when an analyst is assigned

Actually having the status as assigned would be better.
Any help with this is appreciated.
