Duplicate Activity
Has anyone ever seen the issue when you add MA it creates duplicate and sometime even 3 or 4 same activities. It affects one service agent more than the other 2 .
I hope we are not the only one with this issue so before I create the ticket want to check if anyone see this before.

I have not seen that. Can you paste your custom code you are using to Add Activities. (assuming you are adding them in the portal).

I do not think there is some issues with code. This was built by Cireson contractor. We were getting from time to time duplicate which he was not able to explain at that time and since it was once in a blue noon we were okay. However, recently for the one person from the Service Desk this it appears she can recreate the issue every day
