How to determine cause of "Please correct the errors on the form" error message?
We have had users contact us about the "correct the error on the form" message that comes up in the Portal, saying that there are no errors but they cannot submit their request. We have been able to replicate the issue with varying success, but can't seem to determine what the actual issue is as there aren't any errors we can see on the form. All required fields will be filled out, but the form won't submit so you have to close out of the browser and then resubmit the request, which can be tiresome if you had a lot of information you were trying to save. Is there somewhere we can look, like an error log, that will help us determine the problem?

@Ian_Stephenson do you have more than one frontend server? We see this using 2 frontend servers with NLB
@Mikkel_Madsen yes, we do have more than one frontend server. Currently we are at two, and will be at three within the next week, all load balanced. I'll look at the KB you referenced to see if that helps.
