End User is getting part analyst access


I have an end user who is getting end user access overlapped with analyst access. 

  1. Though the user is able to login into portal and create requests as usual but he cannot open any exiting request, it just shows loading page. 
  2. On screen he is able to see tasks(behind the loading screen) which only analyst should see and also getting "resolve" task two times.
  3. I have checked he does not have analyst access from support groups and user roles.

From where user is getting analyst permissions? Am I missing something?

    If you hit F12 and in dev tools under the console tab types session.user and hit Enter, then you can see the access the users has - what does it say?
