SCSM Cireson Portal | Saving New Incident or Service Request takes long time


I'm having the problem, that it takes between 1 und 5 minutes when I create a new Incident or Service Request in the portal. It doesn't matter if I create it by "New" or by an request offering. It doesn't seem to be user related.

Saving changes in an existing inicdent or request only takes seconds.

Can someone please guide me what steps to take?

Which logfiles could help me finding the problem?

    This is likely to be a specific environmental issue. You have Cireson Support so I suggest you raise a ticker with us and one our out lovely support team will assist.
