Is It Possible to have a Multiple Step Wizard in Common Requests?
Is it possible to have a "multi step" wizard for Common Requests?
- When a User selects "Password Reset"
- Change the Common Requests view to display options such as: Reset Email Password, Reset Account Password
The idea being that it's a hierarchy of options, gently funneling the end-user to the desired page, be it a knowledge base article or the creation of a ticket.
