Query results not showing for certain users


I am facing weird issue with some users although they are in the correct groups. Some of them are not able to see the query results in Cireson console. Instead they are getting "No items to Display". Has anybody faced this issue before? If yes, what is the fix?

    Hi @Manoj_Achuthan

    Could you provide some screenshots of what you are experiencing please?

    Typically this comes down to the fact the user does not have scoped access to config items or something like that.
