Server Error in '/' Application in asset barcode web api

Hello,

After following the barcode app installation steps (https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/1171#/), when navigating to the web api website, I get a HTTP 404 error "The resource cannot be found". I made sure I followed all the steps but still no clue why this issue is happening.

I raised an incident but maybe someone has stumbed against this before ?

    FYI: when launching the asset mobile app I successfully connected and can manage my assets. So I guess you can only access the web api through the mobile app
