New Dynamic Data not working for 11.2.1

Hi,

I don't know what I'm doing wrong... Followed instructions on Creating Configuration Items (cireson.com) and enabled both CMDB functions. Also tested to disable all customizations, no change. (IIS, Apppool, and services restarted as well, no errors so far).

The menu "New Dynamic Data" is simply not displayed as screenshot says here:

Do you have any ideas or other prerequesits I am missing here?

    I'm closing this now. For me its not working in 11.2.1, will test newer version for a different customer later.

    in 11.4.2 its working without any further configuration, so for me it was a version issue

    @Peter_Muttenthaler - Can you confirm that you have configured a template for at least one of your CI classes? Also, can you try turning the feature off and back on?

    @Justin_Workman: I'm 99% sure i did all that stuff in November :)

    Turn Feature on and off and severall other Sync stuff tested as well. I'll check again and let you know.

    Hi @Justin_Workman:

    I've checked it, yes there was a Template and i created a new one (to get sure) for a given Custom CI Class. Flag is set for the Dynamic Data Config. Feature turned on/off, Cache builder, Platform Cache rebuild, Emptied browser cache and even recycled IIS App Pool.

    But still, general button to create new CI's isnt't displayed.

    Is version 12.2.1 probably the issue?
