Dear All,

I would like to have it so that when a criteria is true an email asking a question and an answer "Yes" or "No" from a notification is sent. Once a person clicks on the "Yes" or "No", a comment would go into an incident.

The part which I believe I need help with is the button which would automatically a the "Yes" or "No" comment. Is this something which can be done easily using an incident?

Kind Regards

Daniel

The easiest way I can think of is adding an mailto-link with a subject and body pre-filled, such that the user clicks 'yes' or 'no', which opens a new mail with everything filled out, and they'll have to just click send. We used to do RA this way (before AP got a proper RA page).
