Dear All,
Anyone know of a way to download the latest version of the resolve incident plugin?
The download on Cireson website doesn't work.

Have you had a look inside the add in settings?
Especially the ResolutionCategoryId has to be an existing guid. AFAIk there is an open problem for that.

The correct download link is at the top of the article It's a bit hidden though ;)
Ok I used the link, but the link in the table shows this error:

I've installed the latest version but when using it, it doesnt show the ok and cancel button. Also doesnt show resolution description box?

@CaterhamITSupport you can use smlets for that - As fixed by analyst is an OOTB enumeration, the ID is the same as in my environment.
