I have a User in Cireson that cannot log into the Service Center. there are 4338 users
I have exhausted all my local resources. I have looked at the Exchange connector, her account and credentials. she is the only 1 of 4,338 users that will not sync up in Cireson. What am I missing in this account?
thanks guysπ

Have you had a look inside the Cachebuilder log file?
Normally it is located under C:\inetpub\ciresonportal\bin\logs - if you need help about configuring the logging level, have a look here:
https://cireson.com/blog/event-logging-cireson-portal-service-manager/
Normally you should see an error or warning if the user cannot be found.
Have you ingested the CI$User table inside the servicemanagement DB?

I found out what happened to close this request guys. 2 weeks ago we had removed an Exchange Connector and did not move the objects to the new Connector. The user was in a "Pending" delete category. I restored the user and we are all good now.
