Cireson Certificates has my entire production down now

Does anyone in the community know why, when we updated our Certificates that we cannot now access Cireson Service Center portal/Test portal?

I am in all production down at this time, put in ticket with Cireson support.

any help is appreciated guys...

    I figured out the problem, the Powershell command helped resolve this issue.

    Get-ChildItem -path cert:\LocalMachine\My
