Web browser tab favicon indicate new work items
Our technical team, as we all are, are buried in web browser tabs. They requested that the Cireson ITSP tab favicon change to indicate that there are unassigned work items in our portal. In our organizations service model new unassigned work items are to receive 15min response.
Anyone have any experience with changing the favicon via a trigger in Cireson?

@Charles_Burton IIRC, the changing the favicon requires a restart of Application within IIS. This sounds like a neat idea though and I can move this post over to https://community.cireson.com/categories/feature-requests if you'd like.
Its interesting that we have other web browser tabs for other products that have favicons that change but appears to be a challenge to do easily. Outlook web tab for example changes if unread email arrives.
@Charles_Burton I didn't meant to imply that it couldn't be done, just that currently changing the favicon used by the Cireson Portal requires a restart of the AppPool to reflect the change because the favicon is loaded at application startup. I've moved this to our feature requests section so it gets the proper visibility.
