I upgraded my Portal from 11.8.0 to 12.0 and now my outlook plugin is not working

Our Service Desk team is stating that the once the Upgrade has taken place now the outlook plugin will not return emails back to them.

the outlook feature worked before the upgrade.

    Our Service Desk team is stating that the Outlook plug in feature is not working correctly once we upgraded to portal version 12.0

    is there a reason this happened?

    You may want to open a support ticket for this, but I would try any of these:

    • Verify that the deployed version of the plug-in matches the management pack version you installed in the Console.
    • Verify the server name in the plugin (did you change server names?)
    • Review the CacheBuilder logs and verify that users are syncing correctly
    • Make sure the OMSDK is running on the server you connect to

    I found the problem it was the new upgrade deleted my accounts and wiped them in the Admin setttings, it was an oversight on my part. I went back in and added the accounts back and all is back to normal.
