I upgraded my Portal from 11.8.0 to 12.0 and now my outlook plugin is not working
Our Service Desk team is stating that the once the Upgrade has taken place now the outlook plugin will not return emails back to them.
the outlook feature worked before the upgrade.

is there a reason this happened?
You may want to open a support ticket for this, but I would try any of these:
I found the problem it was the new upgrade deleted my accounts and wiped them in the Admin setttings, it was an oversight on my part. I went back in and added the accounts back and all is back to normal.
