Add CI's or categories for Business Services in Cireson

We are using the Business Services class in Service Manager and Cireson.


In the SCSM Console on the Service Components tab we are able to make modifications to the linked CI's and categories. There are Add item buttons to do this in the Console.


However, in the Cireson Portal the Service Components tab seems to be a view-only page. Is there a possibility to also make modifications to Business Services in the Cireson Portal relating to CI's or categories?


We are using version 12.2.3 at the moment and it seems that the Service Component in the Form is a special kind of object.

    Hi Bart,

    You are correct. By design, this is ready only in the Portal and would require a custom solution to make something editable.
