Hi,
most of our analyst would like to see a better email intergration in the analyst portal. They would like to see the plain text, in descrtiption, replaced by html formatted layout as you would open your mail in oultook. It would be nice to add a 'toggle full page' button so they can read the mail without scrolling to much.

Furthermore, I would love to see a function where an analyst can send out a response to more than one user, especially if a work item involved more than one person, or if it involves a different user than the one that submitted the work item.

The data is there already too - the Exchange connector would be adding CC-ed users to the Related Items tab/Configuration Items. A button of "email all" or something would be fantastic.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
