"Completed By" User for Service Requests and Manual Activities

Oddly, SCSM has no concept of the Completed by User for SRs and MAs. I've created a workflow that maps who the Assigned user was to a new relationship as a Completed By user for SRs, but it's far from precise. Our Ops teams need to know who is completing the SRs that flow through their teams, so there's MUCH demand, particularly when the DW creates multiple records for Assigned To users and work items.

    Any way to force analyst to have Activity Implementer field  fill out before he/she marks the activity Completed?

    Also would be nice to  Notes of the MA copied to Results box since SR gets closed automatically if the MA is the last one.
