Keyword field in order to make searching for a template more user friendly

Currently we are using the description field as a place for our keywords by doing this "Keywords: ". We do this because our end users may not search for the exact title of the request offering in the search field. It would be nice to have some functionality on the back end in which we can populate a keyword field instead of having to use the description field for this.

Good Morning @Ryan_Murphy, we started something something similar but you can actually hide it using the HTML comment tag set <!-- keywords go here with a space in between each one --> inside of the brief description field to keep it hidden from end users but still easy to view through PowerShell or an export of your Service Catalog for future review.

Another cool trick is since the Cireson search function doesn't yet (but still hoping for :) ) partial word searches you can build out your keywords like the below (probably best to start at 3 characters):
<!-- tes test testi testin testing -->

Here's an example from one of our IR ROs below (not using the partial word search trick):
Report an issue to IT when Filebound / WinBundler  application is not functioning, data is missing or incorrect, or you are unable to access the tool <!-- invoice invoices expense report mileage billing client archive subcontractors sub agreements agreement project admin administrator MSA equipment logs access permissions -->
