Change Request Statuses
I have created a few custom change request statuses such as CAB Review and CAB Approved. When using the 'Change Status' activity I don't get to see those custom statuses. Is there a way to make them appear?

As service manager follows ITIL / MOF standards, the statuses available to change to depend on the current status. Unfortunately, custom statuses don't come into this.
The way around this is to write your own change status task and hide the OOB one.
