Problem with API Cireson portal

Hi Team! User create SR and Cireson API return ID, but in ServiceManager and ServiceManagement databases aren't this workitem. In event viewer I have two erorrs(Attach in this theme)

    So you aren't coding an API call? Is this just when using the Cireson Portal to create and SR through a Request Offering?

    Oh okay! So when you save the Request Offering, can you open F12 to see the developer tools and see if any errors are thrown?

    Do you have any errors in the Webconsole log?

    We caught this error by accident after a user contacted (he created a ticket but in fact the ticket was not created and code 200 was returned)

    Do you know which RO he tried creating a ticket from? Are you able to reproduce it?

    I know but I can hardly reproduce(((( And the errors that I attached from the event log do not say anything?

    Chances are the errors you sent will be in the Web Console log, if it is an issue with a particular RO, then it should be easy to replicate. If it is sporadic then it is much harder to troubleshoot.

    Maybe you know why in browser I have status 200 (workitem created) but SR not created?

    What version of the Portal are you running? What is the configuration of your RO?
