Problem with portal after restore

Hi Team! I have two environments Production and Test. Sometimes I actualize my environments. Make backup from production environment and restore it on test. Maybe this is not the best way, but so far it has completely suited me. But now it has stopped working. After restore production backup in test I have exception when I want enter to portal. Who have ideas about this I be very grateful because I have 2 day and in test environment need make presentation. I attached screen with error

@Roman_Nepomniashchii - The portal is saying it can't find your SQL server. Can you ping the SQL server from the portal server? Is the SQL Service Running?
I can enter in DataBase with SQL management studio from this management server, I can enter from console and I can enter native SCSM portal, only Cireson not work.
You could try reinstalling the portal.
I have Current Portal Version: 9.7.0.2016 but I can download only version 10

Thank you, when I re-install I need install only web site? or I need select all options(database, chachebuilder, web site)? I need delete previous version or install over previous version?
I would go ahead and leave everything checked. You don't need to delete anything.
