Users' access to the portal based on AD attributes

Hi,

working with a customer who have a list of users who cannot log into the Cireson portal despite the users CI object appearing in SCSM. When I look at this list of users in the SCSM console, they all seem to have one common theme. The domain for their account is in lowercase. Also, these users have no AD attributes pulled through apart from their username.

All their attributes are populated in AD

Any user where the domain attribute is uppercase have all their details (First name, Office, Department etc).

Has anyone seen this before?
