    I would love to see gamification as well. Some quick ideas:

    Analyst has no SLA breaches for a period of time (week = x points, month = x points)
    Analyst with quickest overall closures
    Analyst who closed the most work items
    Analyst with the most positive customer survey results received via the Survey App

    Another idea: Analyst with the most knowledge article contributions that were approved/published.  (This idea depends on another feature request...)

    Some ideas to fix things that are hurting us:
    • Analyst adds Action Log entry before changing the Support Group.
    • Analyst assigns the WI themselves before completing.
    • First assignee relates an affected CI (business service) before reassigning or completing.
