Hi,
We are currently running our portal on version 5.0.5.0. With the latest release of the Analytics portal, I would like to upgrade to 7.3.2012.1.
Can the upgrade be done directly to the latest version or are there additional steps required?
We are also using the advanced offering features. However, I would not want to upgrade the advanced offerings at the moment due to the fact that it will change the modified data of all our incidents. The DB is in need of some grooming and upgrading the advanced features would mean grooming will not happen.
Is it possible to NOT upgrade advanced features if upgrading to the rest of the portal to 7.2.2012.1?

Hi Tomi,
Yes this is fine to upgrade directly.
Also, the upgrade of the Advanced Request Offering if a final manual step, for the reasons you have mentioned. You can import this whenever you are ready.
I know the update of the Last Modified date is a pain but there's a bunch of new features in the latest ARO so its worth getting done when you can.
