Hi Daniel,

Well, Tony is somehow correct, this may not be documented, but certainly possible to adjust that timer.
In the registry of the clients, set this value:
HKLM\Software\Cireson\ConfigMgr\Ticker App, IntervalSeconds
Value is the number of seconds between each WMI query.

Yes, Flemming's suggestion works fine. After setting the value a reinitiation of the ticker client app is necessary. I just relog the user. In my opinion it has to be part of the next ticker documentation or even there could be a configurable part of the install wizzard or by an parameter.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any.
