That's fine. If a ticket is updated via the console, would a portal that syncs the ticket changes then do what would normally happen if a user had done it through the Portal? I also in IIS > Sites > CiresonPortal > Authentication > Enabled Anonymous Authentication since we use Windows Authentication through the Portal.
