Last Modified Issue

Hoping someone can shed some light...
We have around 145 SRs and 152 IRs all with the last modified date stamped as 18/08/2016 10:53:02 AM

The history of the tickets does not even show that date (unless you hover over an invisible entry). I cannot see anything on the event logs on the application server that has any value.

Has anyone heard of this happening before? Any advise would be appreciated.
