Knowledge Article Template
Is it possible to insert a Knowledge Article Template in the Portal? We would like to have the same "structure" in every KB Article...
Our main goal is, that our Knowledge Managers have a prefilled Knowledge Article, when they create a new one. So that they can only edit the content.
