Portal - Change status Other
Hi all, is there anyway to get the Change Status / Other / Closed to show up in the Portal?We use it in the console to close cases that are spam and other auto generated cases that dont need to send any Resolve mail.

There are a couple of options. One is to simple modify the from to show the Status property in a drop down. Then an analyst can just select one and click save.
Alternatively, you could build (or engage Cireson Professional Services to build for you) a custom Change Status task that shows which ever values you want.
I guess a final option is just to build a 'Close' task. There's a few customer Resolve tasks in the Downloads section of this site and one could easily be adapted to Close the IR rather than Resolve. Not quite what you asked for but would solve the issue.
