Partially Populate "Title" Field

I'm setting up a new ARO for our PeopleSoft developers, and one of the requests they had, if possible, was to partially populate the Title on the form with "PeopleSoft - " so end-users can begin to type their actual title AFTER that text.

I thought about doing this with a template, but it's my understanding that even if we set this in the template, whatever they type in the title of the ARO, will be overwritten by the template.

Thoughts on this?  If it's not possible, it doesn't sound like a big deal to skip.

Yes, you are right about the template. But you can totally do this with the multiple mappings in ARO.

Set the value of title to be 'PeopleSoft - [TitlePromptHere] and then when the SR get created the title will be 'PeopleSoft - ' + whatever the user types into the Title prompt of the form.

Oh right on!  Thanks for this.  I've got it setup now with multiple mappings to the Title field and pre-populated the mapping of the Title text prompt with "PeopleSoft - "
