Activity Log for Hardware Assets

The Consumables in Cireson Asset Management have a handy activity log showing what changed, but most importantly why.
It would be great to have a similar thing on a Hardware Assets. The history can tell us who changed what, but not why so adding an action log where this can be entered would be very useful.
The tasks could all be modified to prompt for a comment when ran and automatically add a log entry - just like on the Consumables.
Also, there would be need to be a custom task to just add a log entry manually for manual changes on the Hardware Asset.
This would help organisations manage their assets and avoid Asset Managers undoing other's work because they can;t work out why it was done.
