Portal verison 7.1.2012.1 & 7.1.2016.1 release is available
A new update is available for the Cireson Portal for Service Manager, v7.1.2012.1 and v7.1.2016.1. This update is available from our download site and the current release notes are available here (Cireson support portal access required). The update contains system improvements and bug fixes.
We have introduced a Problem Request ticket process to allow customers better visibility into active and resolved problems. You can check out our post about the process here.
An important note about updating is that the existing Cireson Setup (ClickOnce app) needs to be removed, using Add/Remove Programs. The latest Cireson Setup can then be applied from the download site.
