Attachements - good practice with files management
Do you add to CI in Cireson/SCSM.
Before Cireson we use sharepoint and now we are considering that stay with files in sharerpoint and connect somehow with Cireson CMDB or use only Cireson/SCSM database.
How it look when you want to get few scans. Can you take from database with SQL?

This is a really good question.
When it comes to Asset Items like Purchase Orders or Invoices, I would suggest to people that they attache the files to the CI to make it easier to find.
However, you may have some policy somewhere that wants to make sure the file if "Backed Up" to a different location.
You could achieve this by creating a workflow or RunBook that would see a new attachment to a CI and save that attachment to a SharePoint or Folder location. The RunBook could also then write the file location back to the CI in either the description or in a Custom field that you could add.
There are many options that you could use here, but my advice is to keep it simple.
I hope this answers your question.5

Is the any option to find eg. all files that are attached to all agrements that are connected with one Purchase Order. As below, when wrote PO1 I will revice 4 documents. Notice that I don't want to have a copy of documents.
PO 1
|- Agreement A
|- Document A.1
