Is there a way to change the Created By on a Change Request?

Is there a way to change the Created By on a Change Request? Ours is grayed out so it only displays the person who created the ticket. That causes a problem when you create a CR from an Incident as the Tech working on it as you cannot add the person who should be the creator. Does anyone know where we can turn off the lock on the field so it works like an IR or SR?

    You probably could alter this in the Authoring Tool, creating an override for the Form and allowing this field to be editable or writing an SCO runbook that makes this alteration to something else.


    But I have to ask who is the "person who should be the creator" in your scenario?

    We had a user who created an Incident for a Change Request Item. We (tech) had to manually create a CR from the IR to submit it for them but we couldnt change their name
