Incident Classification List
Hello,
I have the Problem, that list elements of the incident classification list are in the wright order in the SCSM console but not in Cireson Portal. Does anyone know how to show the list in the correct order in Cireson Portal?

Nicholas_Velich Cireson Consultant Ninja IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭Sorry for the delay. I am not aware of this issue on that version. Could just be that the CacheBuilder hasn't updated the ordinals yet-- try giving the CacheBuilder a restart and give it a few minutes to run through its cycles. Also, the App Pool caches all enum values at website startup, so it's also worth trying recycling your App Pool after the CacheBuilder has been restarted.
Might be best to open a Cireson Support incident if you are still having trouble after that.5 -

We are running the following Version:
Current Portal Version: 7.1.2012.1
Might be best to open a Cireson Support incident if you are still having trouble after that.
