How to import HTML Files as KB Articles

Hello,

i have some word documents saved as HTML Files and want them to import inside the KB database of the Cireson Community Portal.
Do you have any idea how i can import multiple HTML Files as seperated KB Articles?

As far as I know there is no way to do that. And even if there was you still have to go through each file you import and check the HTML as I find that the formatting gets changed when using the Cireson KB tool.

As Candice noted, it is not possible at this time to do a direct import of existing HTML files into KB articles. You'd have to do a copy-paste of the HTML code of each individual article and create them one by one.
