KB Article Permission and Category
i have added some categories inside SCSM and restarted the Cache Builder but the Cireson Portal did not recognised the changes if i try to create a new KB article.
Also is there a possibility to show some KB articles to End-User and some only to Analysts?

Hello,
When making changes to your enumerations it will take time for these changes to fully propagate - https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/1176#/. You will also need to recycle the app pool and restart the website as these settings are cached within the session.
In regards to the partitioning of KB articles the only way to currently separate content is to use the End-user content tab for end-users and the analyst content for your analyst. There is no current way to partition by user groups.

You mean that it is impossible to hide an article to end users at the moment?
