Switch to Asset via Incident

Hello community,
is there a way to switch to an asset via the incident if there is a configuration item at the analyst portal?
For example i got one incident with an affected computer. How can i see the computer as an hardware asset? Also the column path is empty in the incident form of the analyst portal. Could this be the problem?
The asset exist in asset management but i cannot open the asset directly.
I can open the user and then i can open the asset of his primary computer.

This is a feature request, currently we don't allow for browsing to the Hardware Asset as a related item from an incident. This is slightly more complicated under the head than it sounds because of having to filter out different allowed CI types in the same grid, but definitely something with could do in the future with enough votes.

Please check it out and make sure I understood correctly what you were trying to do that and that accurately captured those requirements in the feature request.
