Hi,
We have the old original version 0.3 working in our portal. Everything worked fine, until we moved to version 12.0.4 and activated Global Search.
Every time you switch a class On or Off in Global Search, a new "Assign-to-me" icon appears.
So i tried the latest version of the Assign to me script.
This does not have the issue as described, so that is good.
The downside is that the Assign-to-me function does not work anymore. Tickets that I want to assign to me (and are not in my name) are not assigned to me.
Since we upgraded to version 12.0.4 could it be that the latest version is not compatible?
