Change the layout of the Affacted User quick info

When you create or view an incident in the Cireson Portal, you can see the quick info of the Affected User by clicking on the (i):

However, the information displayed in the screen has more lines then the window is large and no scrollbar is displayed.

How can I do either of the 2, to make all the lines shown:

  1. Add a scrollbar to this window, so all lines can be viewed;
  2. Remove some of the unneeded fields from this display, because some of the AD User properties are not used within our company.

If there is another way to accomplish this it would also be great to know.

We now use the latest version 12.2.3, but also previous versions did not seem to have a scrollbar for this window.

    Hi Bart,

    The scrolling issue is actually a very old bug (not quite following modern web standards) and it finally caught up with us in the latest version of Chromium (Chrome and Edge).

    We've fixed it in the latest (12.2.5)
    Also, don't forget to grab a new themer file too as that has the same issue.

    Finally, this old post shows how you can hide the null values in that window.

    Hi Geoff,

    Thank you for the quick response and good to hear this is fixed in the Latest version.

    I will check out the other option as well to hide NULL values.
