Portal tickets not searchable in console
I wanted to see if anyone was experiencing this issue or a similar
one. We have the SCSM HTML5 portal and run SCSM 2012 with the UR9 update.
We found that we get no hits in the console when we search for a portal
generated item by ID until someone
opens and closes it once. The work items can be found and seen in
relevant views, if nothing else we can look in the all
service requests or all incidents views. The work items do show once they've been opened once from the console as I mentioned. I've tried waiting several minutes to a couple of hours without touching the item, but it remains unsearchable until it's been touched by someone even if they don't actually update it.
