Assigned user (on team work) is empty
I assign a request to an analyst,
but the request is shown on Team works like
when ı have this problem, I do that, (it helps me)
Run this SQL query against ServiceManagement: TRUNCATE TABLE LastModified
Start the cachebuilder service
but this problem repeats very often.

Brett_Moffett Cireson PACE Super IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭This is an older version of the portal and my suggestion would be that if you have a valid maintenance agreement, to upgrade to a newer version as this may have been a bug in this version.
The current version is 7.2 so there have been a lot of fixes and improvements since v5.
If you do have a support agreement and are unable to the latest version, I'd suggest logging a support case to investigate if this is a known bug, a configuration or user rights issue.5

Current Portal Version: 5.0.2.1
but at the last week, we did not have such problem
