how to delete a activity which can not find at console

Dear Cireson,
In my work items always shows a black item like activity MA56333,
I can't enter in it, site just go to my work page, and cannot find it from service manager console.

how can I  delete this item ?

I have checked it in Power shell

Get-SCSMClassInstance -Class (Get-SCSMClass -Name System.WorkItem.Activity) | Where {$_.ID -eq "MA56333"}

But this query did not get any result. so I cant delete

Could you help me ?

You would have to flush the ServiceManagement DB table that has this item in it.
It would probably be best to do a resync of the database by following this KB article:

I did it many times, it did not help me.

I have found this item in ServiceManagement DB

Maybe I must delete it?
Can I do it? if I delete it, anything will work incorrectly ?
