Installer wizard new option - Log File management

Currently the portal uses the default of %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles and a schedule of Daily.
For my environment that is about a 200MB log file each day. Making the log file unusable to open in notepad for review. 

Requesting a section in the installer to specific different path and schedule. Allowing for better log management without the need to fix the settings on each install.
