Sync 'Extended Class Fields' into Data Analytics Database

Currently OOB functionality only brings across 'in built' SCSM fields as part of the data analytics solution.

This is kind of pointless, as almost every customer wants to be able to refer to extended fields in addition to OOB fields.

It would also be nice to be able to list out the fields to be synchronised, rather then just assuming we want all fields to be synced. Maybe this could be configured via the portal, or alternatively via the installation process.

Please vote to get this functionality added asap.

The sooner it does, the sooner we can get rid of the in-built SCSM datawarehouse :)

    @Adam_Dzyacky Great work on archiving the custom properties! It doesn't look like archiving the reviewer results was part of this rollout. In our case, we're using approval by the reviewer for regulatory compliance. Without that data archiving the review activities means very little to us. We have a custom solution implemented for archiving reviewer data; but it would be so nice to have it all wrapped up with a bow in the CiresonAnalytics database.

    @Adam_Dzyacky - What is the archive frequency? If I make a change to a work item, how long before that shows up in the CiresonAnalytics database?

    Similarly, if I had new property to a work item object, how long until I see that new property in the CiresonAnalystics database?

    The archive frequency is what you configure during the installation process.
