MyWork GRID View

I have one particular user who's MyWork GRID view seems to always be incorrect and doesn't match what is in the console view... any ideas on how to isolate what is happening?

    Either the user changed the view and Reset view would resolve
    or 
    Possible issue with analyst security mapping that they are not in the right group or group mapped to support group.

    she has changed the view to add a parent work item column but I believe she has had this for sometime... I don't believe it is a security issue..

    when she goes to mywork and clicks shows activities it doesn't show all the activities that assign to her in the right status...

    That could be that the portal is out of sync
