    Thanks Bruno , I added my vote to the feature request. In the meantime is there a workaround to have the affected user column auto populate with the created by or current user. I have tried the above script but it isn't working

    I think it would be best for you to have a consultation with Cireson Consulting Services. Your colleagues have offered you a great deal of help in regards to explaining this issue and offering you code to help for a work around. If you are unable to implement the code. We can help you to understand the process and functionality of Service manager and how to implement custom code as a workaround.
