Convert SR to IR
Enhancement: Convert SR to IR
Steps to Complete:
- Copy the .js contents into your CiresonPortal\CustomSpace\custom.js file.
- Refresh browser.
- Open a Service Request and click the “convert to ir” task.
Notes:
- If the Service Request is Completed or cancelled, the task will not show up.
- If the user is a non-analyst, the task will not show up.
- This task will use the “Default Incident Template.” If another template is desired, the id of the template can be changed in the custom.js file

This functionality doesn't work for us when running version 9.4.1 of the portal. If I click on "Convert to IR", the window asking med if I want to convert the ticket shows up, but nothing happens afterwards. If I open a new window and check the tickets I can see that a new IR has been created. Once I have clicked yes it should close the SR and then redirect me to the new IR, but none of this is happening.
Do I need to change something in the script or is there a new version of it?
