I have a problem with login
a user can not login to CİRESON (end user)
He gets an error "Please specify your username preceded by your domain."
There are many users in AD like this user , other users can login , but this user gets error.
I can not understand "why?" what is wrong?
this user has added to a necessary AD group. I have checked with other user from that AD group, it can login.
What is the error meaning ?

Yes the user is in the SCSM user list .
I have already rerun the connector many times , it doesnt help me.
I have tried with <domain name>\<user name> and without.
I have 2 users, both of them added to a SCSM AD group
This SCSM AD group added to SCSM user Roles group
one of them can login but another one can't.
I have checked the users in AD , for these users everything is same.
may be ı delete this user from the SCSM console and rerun the connector ?
Can you write me the way of that log file ?
